Ultimate Kits (Lash Bed + Moonlight)
Shipped via reputable couriers including FedEx, Toll, and Australia Post.
Please allow a 5–8 week manufacturing and shipping timeframe.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been manufactured and dispatched.
A signature is required upon delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate address and contact information. If no one is available to sign, your parcel will be returned to the courier depot and you will be responsible for any re-delivery or storage fees.
Liability
Once your order has been shipped and lodged with our couriers, Lash Mastery is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels.
For issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you find any damage to your items, notify us within 24 hours at hello@lashmastery.com with your order number and photos.
We take great care in our packing process, using eco-friendly and biodegradable materials to protect your products.
Lash Mastery reserves the right to either replace the item or issue in-store credit. Please note, we do not offer refunds. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from our head office.
